Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of Esprox proxy and eSIM services. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
1. Permitted uses
- Web scraping and data collection where legally permitted and respecting robots.txt / site terms.
- Ad verification, SEO monitoring, and market research.
- Testing applications and websites from different geographic locations.
- Personal privacy and secure browsing where lawful.
- Business travel connectivity via eSIM data plans.
2. Prohibited uses — proxies
You may not use our proxy services to:
- Engage in illegal activity, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
- Access systems without authorization or bypass security controls.
- Harass, threaten, or harm individuals or organizations.
- Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that violates human rights.
- Circumvent geo-blocks in violation of content licensing agreements where prohibited by law.
- Resell or share credentials outside your authorized account without written permission.
2. Prohibited uses — eSIM
- Reselling eSIM packages without authorization.
- Using data services for illegal streaming, bulk spam, or network abuse.
- Tampering with or attempting to clone eSIM profiles.
3. Network abuse
Excessive bandwidth consumption, port scanning, torrent abuse, or activity that degrades upstream provider networks is prohibited. We monitor for abuse patterns and cooperate with providers on enforcement.
4. Account sharing
Accounts are for individual or registered business use. Sharing login credentials or reselling access to the platform without approval is prohibited.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for AUP violations. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. We reserve the right to block IP ranges and withhold refunds for abusive accounts as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from our platform, email support@esprox.com with relevant logs and timestamps.
