Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Esprox platform, including proxy sales, eSIM sales, wallet services, and related features.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of proxies and eSIMs complies with laws in your country and the countries where services are used.

3. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.
• You are liable for all activity under your account unless you have reported unauthorized access promptly.

4. Wallet & payments

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Wallet funds must be added before purchase unless a payment method allows direct checkout. We reserve the right to hold, reverse, or freeze wallet balances in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

5. Orders & delivery

Proxy credentials and eSIM activation details are delivered digitally to your account dashboard. Delivery times are typically instant but may vary due to upstream provider availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party networks, device incompatibility, or incorrect information you provide.

6. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream outages, or force majeure events may affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esprox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Esprox harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith support channels; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Nigeria.
